We are the people behind Triune Institute.
We are both Danes, currently residing in Scottsdale/Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A.
The past (almost) ten years we have spent together working with healing arts.
We are Reiki Masters in the Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing.
 which means our teaching is along the lines of the old masters.
Catherina is a member of The Reiki Alliance.
Reiki is the platform and the umbrella from and under which we work.

Catherina has several certifications within regression and hypnosis therapy
 working with this life, natal state, past life and spirit world.
Her specialty is Life between Lives Spiritual Regression.
Her work with and for spirit has led her to discover an ability to draw higher selves and spirit guides for others.

Henrik has studied marshal arts for many years.
Today he is specialized in working with the body's electrical system, kinesiology and acupuncture through a modality known as Thought Field Therapy (TFT) which he teaches in Denmark.
Henrik's knowledge and experience has naturally led Catherina to integrate these techniques with her own and she has developed new understandings and insights about the collaboration between body, mind and spirit,
 which she is currently putting together in writing and drawing.

Our goal is to help others find their inner strength to live their purpose and be well.
We are always on the outlook for new and better ways to do the work we are destined to do in this lifetime
and we know that every human being we meet is an opportunity for us to learn and love.
